Chef Ricky Hebson was born in Chicago Illinois, He spent most of his childhood in southern California. Chef Ricky attended Le Cordon Bleu in Austin Texas. He honed his skills @ a handful of places such as the Driskill Hotel Austin Texas, West Chop Club Marthas Vineyard. Mountain Lake Country Club Lake Wales Florida, Gulfstream Country Club Del Ray Beach Florida. Chef Ricky Spent 7 years in the Hamptons as the Executive Chef @ the Montauk Yacht Club, Focusing on true seasonal cooking. He moved to Massachusetts in 2017 where he met his wife Lauren and decided to settle down permanently with their son. Having spent such a significant amount of time in Massachusetts he finds inspiration in New England cuisine, flavors, and readily available fresh ingredients in addition to his classically trained style and high end dining that make him an innovative asset at the Lanam Club.

Mike comes to us with over 16 years of private club accounting experience at Wentworth by the Sea Golf Club in Rye, NH.   He was born and raised in Greenland, New Hampshire where he still resides with his wife Linda and son Bennett. He is a graduate of the University of New Hampshire and holds a Master of Science Degree in Accounting from Southern New Hampshire University.  In his spare time, Mike is an avid golfer.
